Anyway, I have a prom, June 26, 2008, and I'm not sure how the evening gown for me. What color black suit? And makeup? Please help!

I would say eBay, but an evening gown is something that you definitely try first.
Starting points for JC Penney and Macy's are good. Take a look here and do not forget to check sales and clearance of material. I have my dress for my prom in Burlington Coat Factory for $ 30 and my dress for my ball at Macy's for $ 50. Look in the stores, even if you think it would be too expensive, just to verify sales and licensing. Check all shops, stores and see the wedding as well. You can use a dress, the bridesmaids to the ball!
If you know someone who can make a dress for you. You can create a design and material fabric / craft stores or Walmart.
Make-up depends on what color suit he owns.
