I'm trying to decide who to hire to get my check before buying a house, which I buy in Toledo, OH to do. The house was built in 1985 and 2783 meters. Our recommended broker, a foot company and their fees: the Inspector General - $ 315.00, Pest - $ 89.00, radon - $ 95.00, and CO - $ 45.00.

Check to make sure your inspection company is ASHI certified since there is no licensing in Ohio. The prices you have quoted are clearly from the most expensive company in town. I would check around and compare apples to apples.
We live in Oklahoma and our inspection was 400 and anything but the pest inspection included ... Pest control has been paid by the sellers. It seems only that the area in your home
